GulfQuest to fill 20 part-time positions during Jobs Fair

With 30 days to go and 20 part-time positions to fill before the September 26 grand opening, GulfQuest National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico will hold a two-day Jobs Fair August 31 and September 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the museum’s Grand Lobby.
The part-time positions include Visitor Services Representative with duties that include greeting visitors and selling admission tickets and museum memberships, Floor Educator with duties that include exhibit presentations, birthday party host and community-based programs, and Museum Store Sales Associate with duties that include assisting visitors in the museum store, promoting store items and processing purchases.
“The part-time opportunities are perfect for college students, retirees, or people who are looking to supplement their income without the commitment of a full-time job,” Wendy Boutwell, Finance and HR Director said. “GulfQuest is such an exciting place to be right now, so we fully expect to have many qualified candidates interview for these positions.”
All candidates should arrive with a resume and a list of references in hand, and expect to be interviewed at the Jobs Fair.
