Michael C. Dow Mobile Landing is a multi-phase, public development on the Mobile River. The City of Mobile, Alabama launched this project to provide public access to the waterfront.

Major components of the 12-acre site include GulfQuest, Alabama’s only cruise ship terminal, Cooper Riverside Park/amphitheater, a deep-draft bulkhead along the Mobile River, 2,000 feet of riverfront promenade, mooring capabilities for passenger ferries, on-site and auxiliary parking, and amenities.

GulfQuest will serve as the hub of public activity at Mobile Landing. In addition to the convention center and the cruise terminal, GulfQuest will be within walking distance of hotels, restaurants and museums.
